The registration for bands based in Spain must be completed with a digital signature through the Electronic Headquarters of the Valencia City Council  ( https://sede.valencia.es/sede/registro/procedimiento/CU.AY.80 )

In the case of foreign bands, the registration form must be completed and sent together with the rest of the required documentation to the official CIBM email address.
