Valencia seeks Festival of Tourist Interest status for its International Wind Band Competition
● The Local Government Board has approved requesting that the Generalitat initiate the declaration of the Certamen Internacional de Bandas de Música Ciudad de València (International Wind Band Competition “City of Valencia”) as a Festival of Tourist Interest of the Valencian Community. ● The Valencia City Council highlights the cultural and tourist value of the competition, due to its role in promoting wind band music, preserving musical tradition, and attracting visitors.
